Wynners Shoot Past the RudeDogs

1. Houdini (5-1)
I truly can't see Houdini losing at all for the rest of the regular season as this team has been red-hot lately. They beat the Lifetime Lakers 109-66 with Charlie Farber, once again, leading Houdini to his second triple-double of the season with 28 points, 13 boards and 12 assists. Michael Carboni also had a great game collecting his third triple-double of the season with 21 points and 13 rebounds. He made a team-high four treys and is an animal from downtown. Josh Rollans may be a nominee for defensive player of the year as the forward collected 11 rebounds and scored 18 points. This is a solid group with plenty of solid impact players that should remain in the top of the rankings for the remainder of the regular season.
2. TD Rayguns (5-1)
The TD Rayguns limited The Industry to two double-digit scorers and edged out a 10-point win. They held The Industry to 46 points and were somewhat lucky to pull this one off as The Industry went 6-16 from the charity stripe. Gerald Meggett scored a game and season-tying-high 17 points and went 5-6 from the free throw line. Dominic Pedotto shot 50 percent from the field and scored 14 points, while Joshua Watson got himself 12 points and grabbed a game-high five steals. This win jumped them up significantly in the rankings and will we see another title run for the TD Rayguns?
3. RudeDogs (5-1)
The RudeDogs finally played a game against a top-tier squad, however, they fell to the Wynners by 10 points and shot 38 percent from the field. Vernon Clemens scored a team-high 22 points and I was surprised he only score this much against the Wynners, who haven't played against him before. Adam Rellah scored 20 points making five 3s and D'Andre Henderson got himself 16 points, grabbing a team-high 7 rebounds. Now that the RudeDogs have played a top-tier team, it's time to show what they really have for the rest of the season.
4. Wynners (4-2)
What a fine week for the Wynners as they beat the undefeated RudeDogs 88-78. What a season Brenton Van has had as he scored a game-high 31 points, adding 12 rebounds, while GM Nick Guidice scored 27 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. They got to the free throw line quite often, going 17-24 from the charity stripe. They were somewhat lucky that the RudeDogs' Khalid Cannon only played 28 minutes and didn't grab a lot of boards. All the Wynners need to do is shoot their way and shoot for accuracy and they'll be just fine.
5. The Industry (4-2)
The duo of Derek Adkins (20 points) and Marciano Brunette (10 points) were the lone players for The Industry to score in double figures in their loss 10-point loss to the TD Rayguns. The TD Rayguns went 6-16 from the charity stripe, which was a huge blow for them as they have been struggling from the free throw line lately. Terry Cress scored 8 points on 13 boards, while Adkins grabbed 12 boards. They just need to shoot the ball better and definitely score more points as 46 points won't get you wins.
6. Dyme Pieces (3-2)

8. Lifetime Lakers (2-4)
The Lifetime Lakers haven't been the same Lakers squad that we've seen before as they lost another crucial game, this time to Houdini by 43 points. Austin Welch scored a team-high 15 points on a game-high five made threes. They only shot 34 percent from downtown and must take smarter shots if they want to keep their games close. They're 10th in assists per game with 12.5 per contest and need to share the ball a lot more.
