For nearly a decade, I have dedicated my time to developing youth basketball players and helping them build confidence both on and off the court. My experience includes coaching AAU club teams, leading youth and high school programs, running clinics and skill development sessions, and working closely with families to help players reach their individual goals.
Over the past four years, I have served as a head coach at the AAU and youth levels, developing athletes to compete in high-level tournament environments while emphasizing long-term player growth. Throughout my coaching career, I have coordinated player development programs, communicated directly with families, and created structured training environments that help athletes improve while enjoying the game.
Basketball has been a lifelong passion and pursuit for me. While my resume may not be filled with professional contracts or Division I accolades, my experience reflects something just as important: a genuine love for the game and a commitment to studying it every day.
I played collegiate basketball at the Division III level and have continued competing in high-level adult leagues ever since. Today, I run an adult basketball league and remain deeply involved in the game as both a player and coach.
Growing up, I had the opportunity to attend elite basketball camps led by NBA legends like Steve Nash and Dirk Nowitzki. Their teachings, particularly on shooting mechanics, shot preparation, and skill development, had a lasting impact on how I understand and teach the game. I also trained at numerous camps and clinics led by accomplished college and professional players, learning from a wide range of basketball minds and playing styles.
What sets me apart is not a list of accolades—it’s thousands of hours spent studying, playing, teaching, and refining the details that help players improve. True basketball players understand that the game rewards those who are willing to be lifelong students.
My mission as a trainer is simple: help players reach the next level they are striving for, whether that’s making a school team, earning more playing time, becoming a more confident scorer, or simply developing a deeper understanding of the game.
Areas of Focus:
Shooting mechanics and shot consistency
Footwork and movement efficiency
Post play and scoring moves
Finishing around the basket
Basketball IQ and game concepts
Skill development for players of all ages and levels
I believe every player can improve with the right guidance, repetition, and attention to detail. My goal is to provide practical instruction that translates directly to game performance and helps players build confidence every time they step on the court.
