basketball training: ages 9-12

Our weekly 60‑minute classes follow a progression‑based curriculum that develops core basketball skills through focused instruction and competitive, play‑based drills. Each week builds on the last, introducing increased complexity and game‑like challenges to keep athletes engaged while driving noticeable improvement, confidence, and on‑court IQ.
