basketball training: ages 5 & under

Our weekly 30‑minute classes introduce young players to the basics of basketball through a fun, progression‑based curriculum. Athletes build foundational motor skills, coordination, and early basketball concepts through guided instruction and age‑appropriate play. Each week adds simple challenges that keep kids engaged while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. See below for a sample lesson plan.
