Our weekly 60‑minute classes follow a progression‑based curriculum designed to refine skills, improve conditioning, and elevate game performance through focused instruction and high‑intensity, game‑realistic drills. Each week builds on the last, introducing advanced concepts and competitive scenarios that challenge players to sharpen consistency, confidence, and overall basketball IQ.
