Our weekly 60‑minute classes follow a progression‑based curriculum designed to advance key basketball skills through high‑level instruction and competitive, game‑focused drills. Each week builds on the last, introducing greater complexity, position‑specific concepts, and real-game scenarios to keep athletes challenged while developing confidence, consistency, and on‑court decision‑making.
