DeMarcus Cousins had a mixed first couple of Ultimate Hoops games last week. He made his debut in Summerlin last Monday, putting up 43 points and 13 rebounds. He followed that up with a triple-double of 24 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in Green Valley last Wednesday. Both impressive stat lines, but both came in losses for his team.

Cousins got his first UH win last night in Summerlin, as Livin’ the Dream held off Street(er) Fighters 108-98. Cousins put up 37/15/6 with five blocks on the defensive side. He continued his trend of taking mostly 3s, as he shot 13-25 from the field and 7-18 from deep. In three UH games, Cousins has taken 77 shots, with 55 of them coming from beyond the arc (accounting for 71.4% of his shots).
