SHELBY VET: Week 4 Predictions

By Mckinsey Golfin | Shelby League Coordinator

10:30 a.m. - Pistons vs. Lakers

This week, the Lakers look to get their first win as they play the top team, the Pistons. Lakers players James Norman and Keith Dewberry went off last week with both players scoring 22 points. But these players won’t be the only shooters on the court as Detroit Pistons players Vaughan Gray and Mckinsey Golfin both had 19 points in last week’s game. With two teams full of offensively skilled players, we will see which team will shoot their way into a victory this week.

Prediction: Pistons 68, Lakers 63

11:30 p.m. - Spurs vs. Warriors

After last week’s bye week, the Spurs are back and ready to play again. Spurs team member Adam Kaminski has been very successful in the first two games leading his team in points and averaging 26.5 points per game. The Warriors also have some competitors of their own as well. Johnnie Brown leads his team in points and assists so far this season. We will see which team comes out successful and improves their record.

Prediction: Warriors 71, Spurs 68
