Before you can signup up for Ultimate Hoops league, you will need to create a
Life Time Fitness Account.
Click on the link below to be redirected to Life Time Fitness' account setup page. The setup page will open in a new web browser. You will need your Member ID, which is found on the front of your Life Time membership card, to set up an account.
NOTE: ATTENTION ALL members with membership numbers starting with '
0', do NOT enter the '
0' as part of your membership number.
After you successfully

ACTIVATE your account, please come back to this Ultimate Hoops
SIGN UP page and complete your basketball profile.
