Week in Review: 10.14.2017
Each week, we search through our 360 media coverage to highlight the week that was in Ultimate Hoops Leagues.
Our player spotlight this week is a somber one as Michael Copeland tore his achilles playing in the Syosset open league on Tuesday. In 54 career games, Copeland has averaged 21.1 points per game on 56 percent shooting from the field, adding 9.1 rebounds per game. Copeland has won two championships in his UH career, one in Syosset with Unstuck, and the inaugural National Tournament in New York at the Life Time Sky club in Manhattan with the Thundercats. Copeland was a big factor in the tournament, averaging 18.6 points per game on his way to the title. We all hope Copeland has a speedy recovery from his injury.
Fall season milestones gets a convenient start this week as L.C. Comine, a media associate out in Summerlin, put up a list of milestones for players in Las Vegas. Go to the Las Vegas Facebook page for the full article. Thanks, L.C.
