League Details

The Ultimate Hoops League is a 24/7 oncourt, online, basketball experience. UH offers the best leagues with an interactive statistical website, featuring personal player profiles that turn "Average Joes" into basketball superstars. With the ability to track players stats for their entire career, your basketball career begins and ends with Ultimate Hoops.

The UH League is exclusive to Life Time Fitness members only

» League registration fee per player. Contact your favorite Life Time Fitness for specific pricing information.

» A minimum of 7 players per team

» Must be 18 years of age or older to participate

» To be eligible for a Recreational League roster your competitive basketball career must not have extended beyond high school or be at least 40 years old at the beginning of the Ultimate Hoops Season.

» ALL team must wear matching reversible jerseys with numbers on front & back OR an official UH jersey

» 8 regular season games -1 game per week

» Playoffs- Single-elimination playoffs

» Full player & team stats

» T-Shirts or hats for champions

» Individual award recognition

Ultimate Hoops Free Agency

Free Agency is a great option for members who don't have enough players to form their own teams. Just write in "Free Agent Team" on the signup form and we'll place you on team
